The users can access the token-enabled playlists from Overlord, Fluf, Mooonbirds, and Kingship with their NFT wallets.
Music streaming giant Spotify is expanding its Web3 efforts by testing user-friendly playlists in several key markets.
Overlord, a web3 gaming environment, announced its partnership with Spotify on February 2. 22. The Overlord community playlist can be accessed through the Web3 wallet of Creepz Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) holders and Spotify. Only Android users from the USA, UK, Germany, Australia, and New Zealand can open the playlist.
Other participants in the three-month pilot project are Fluf, Moonbirds, and Kingship. While Fluf and Moonbirds haven’t publicly disclosed details about their relationship with the streaming service, Kingship confirmed their participation in the pilot on Twitter. To unlock the playlist, including hits by Queen, Missy Elliott, Snoop Dogg, and Led Zeppelin, users must have a King NFT Key Card. This statement has been moved to the waves Web3. For instance, Viberte (vib) is higher than 33%. Other indices, such as Audius (AUDIO) and Rhythm (RHYTHM), rose 4% and 2.5% respectively.
In May 2022, Spotify began testing NFT galleries on player profiles. Although there was no direct purchase option, it allowed users to preview the NFTs of the artists and be redirected to the OpenSea page where they could purchase the items.
